UNIFLEX Fluid Applied Roofing Systems have a number of different roof assemblies tested by Factory Mutual (FM 4470) standard. UNIFLEX coatings are also UL Class A Approved and meet the stringent requirements of Title 24, NSF, and Miami-Dade County Florida Building Code.
